About this event

Every Big Local needs great leaders.

The Leaders Assembly is a brilliant opportunity for every Big Local volunteer to learn and share leadership ideas and approaches, as well as develop your skills.

We know many Big Locals are already rich in leadership talent which is why some of our workshops will be led by Big Local residents. You will also have the chance to hear from an array of people from outside Big Local who specialise in community leadership.

We will ask what leadership means to you and together identify the many different forms a good leader can take. Your contributions and feedback will innovate how Local Trust supports the development of Big Local leaders.

The Leaders Assembly is open to every Big Local volunteer interested in community leadership. You can attend on both days or just Saturday if you prefer.

There will also be plenty of opportunity for you to socialise and have some down time.

You can book your place now on Eventbrite. We look forward to seeing you there.

Please be aware the some of the speakers and focus of the workshops may change before the event. Come to this page for the latest updates.
